International Business Development Our New Millennium Multimedia studios are located west of Orlando, FL off of Highway 50 at 123 Woodland Avenue, Winter Garden, Florida managed and operated by renowned recording engineer Jim Durbin of Durbin Audio Design, whose engineering and production skills have graced the albums and projects of many of the hottest and best known names in the music world, including such renowned musicians as Tito Puente, Richie Havens and Paco Riviera, Rap artists DJ Magic Mike, Poppa Pizo,95 South, Dirty Red . Jim began working in recording studios full time in 1987 and designed and constructed his first studio “Key Studios, Inc.” in Jacksonville, FL in 1989. Since then, he has recorded over 250 albums. mastered over 50, engineered both live and in the studio for Platinum, Gold and Grammy winning artists.

Bruce Hensal – Mastering Engineer & Producer. A Kent State graduate and 5 time Grammy album award winner he is considered one of the best engineers in the world. His award winning work includes, The Eagles, The Academy Award winning movie Braveheart, The Jesus Project, Boston’s More Than A Feeling, Allman Brothers, Bee Gees, Rolling Stones, Joe Walsh, Devoe, Stephen Stills, Manassas, Jerome Bailey / Parliaments and others too numerous to mention. In addition, Bruce was one of the chief engineers at the famed Criterion studios, where such notables as Eric Clapton, Leslie West and every other major artist recorded hit after hit.

Josh Hemmingway-A very gifted writer, guitarist and music industry veteran, Josh grew up in the music industry and has written with many of the top British acts, and served in various capacities as engineer, tour manager and production manager on various high profile film and recording projects, including some of the most recent performances and recording in Las Vegas of artists such as Celine Dion and other major Vegas events where recording production is required. Josh handles project management, artists liaison, material selection and west coast business relations. In addition he is key man on event production and development. He has managed and worked with many of the top studios and publishers worldwide, including the former PolyGram facilities in Thailand.

George Cummings- Guitarist, Founder and leader of the renowned Rock group Doctor Hook & The Medicine show. A guitarist extraordinaire, and award winning song writer, George brings a great gift of arrangement and session leader to the many productions and original compositions we are involved in.

Peter Van Der Sande – Originally from Rotterdam, The Netherlands recently moved to the USA after working with us on a recording project in 1998, falling in love and marrying a wonderful central Florida lady named Janelle. Peter was the founder of the famed Europeans rock band “Serpentine”, and bassist with the world renowned rock group, “Focus”, whose hits included the worldwide rock standard “Hocus Pocus”. Peter was the head of recording and technology at the famed Royal Dutch Conservatory of Music in Hilverseim, The Netherlands. Peter is a classical and rock arranger of the highest and most widely recognized caliber. Before moving to the USA, Peter was first chair soloist for the Royal Dutch Symphony. Peter handles all classical arrangements and productions, including Ambient styles of music, soundtracks and brilliant compositions and musical director. Peter has served as a staff writer for many years to such companies as Deutsch Gramophone, EMI Europe, Phillips and others. An interesting anecdote to Peter’s background, if you have color TV, you can thank Peter’s late father, who invented the color TV Tube for Phillips, where he served as chief engineer for many years.

2003- Serving as a Senior Vice President Consultant to New Millennium Multi Media, handling retail license for the popular Television series “AMERICAN IDOL”for Craig Electronics.

2003_ Working on behalf of Red Ball Records, New Spirit Records and Red Ball Group Distribution, serivces include licensing and acquisitions, international distribution. Red Ball is a subsidiary of Integrity Global Marketing, one of the largest sellers of music on television and informercials.

2002 – 2003 Ken served as interim Senior Vice President for TouchPoint Solutions, a Canadian based corporation. He was very instrumental in getting both BMI and ASCAP Performing Rights Societies to implement standards for the emerging Digital Music market. In addition bringing TouchPoint into Sony and EMI, as well as other major labels.

2001 – Current : Client services, Strategic and Special Markets Consultant for Cosmi software, Hotel Guide AG, Muevo Mundo Entertainment.

1998 – 2001 President / Director for MAWA FILM & MEDIA (North America) A German held international company and leader in the DVD industry with a more than 20% European market share MAWA’s artist roster and product includes Joe Cocker, Tina Turner, Janet Jackson, The Rolling Stones Voo Doo Lounge and Rolling Stones Live, Paul Simon and Stevie Wonder, as well as such major Movie features as Terminator 1 & 2, Spawn, Sixth Sense, Final Judgment etc.

2000- Consulting Producer & writer of an MTV type HIP HOP show hosted by renowned actor Tommy Ford (co star of top Television sitcom series “ Martin”.

1992 – Producer Rapology – Roots Of Rap recording for Polygram Records, Hammer & Lace Division. This project was an audio, multi media project which focused on history, region and the artists and the songs / poetry of African American Rap.

** 1996- Production Consultant to the Presidential family of Indonesia for standards of quality in production, upgrade and revamping of the Indonesian National Educational Network, TPI. Developing network overall look and programming. In addition worked very closely with the Suaharto family securing 747 aircraft, Sekorsky Helicopters, identifying source providers for water sports vehicles.

**1993-Polygram Records, France: Co – Produced and Re Mastered “Blues” Album on legendary Delta Blues Singer, the late, Big Joe Williams.

**1993-94 Consultant for programming of two cable channels World African Network and Pro Star Sports direct link network.

**1993-Produced the “Friends for Life” farewell festival in the former East Berlin and Eastern Germany, a farewell to the Russian Troops leaving East Germany. World wide networks included OLE – TV Spain, Orbus TV France, Nord Deutsch TV and Hessisch Rundshau Germany, CNN and TV 1 Holland.

**1992-Developed/Co-Producer of Barry Sadler Story “Casca” with Interscope Communications (Movie) With Kenny Rogers brother and mentor, Leland Rogers and Gary Sizemore of Sizemore Music.

**1992-Produced for the State of Israel “Cultural Performance Award” show for the State of Israel Bond Drive, with renowned comedian Yackov Smirnoff. This is the highest award given by the country of Israel to an Entertainer for “Humanitarian Causes”.

**1992-Elected to the US Registry of Who’s Who’s In America.

**1991-92-Developed Distribution Services Network with Island / PolyGram Records as a company to bring World & Reggae Music into North America and set up to fulfill the ever growing demands of film, audio and video products to the Educational and Library markets. The company was very successful and responsible for the sales of World Music in the U.S.

**1991-Producer 25th Anniversary Special of “The Jerry Lewis National MDA Telethon”. Responsible for the “Kids for Kids” music & concert segments with Wolfman Jack and Casey Casem. (Producers, George Schlatter, Ken Hatley & Sam Atchley).

**1990-Co Producer- A.M.O.A. Music Awards Show. Held in Las Vegas, NV. Celebrating 100th anniversary of the jukebox.

1989- Composer & Producer for Movie Soundtrack “Sealed With a Kiss” Won awards at Florida Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival, France, Charleston, SC Film Festival. Soundtrack Music received many laudatory comments and reviews at Cannes.

**1987-1989 Producer with Richie Havens for his 69-89 20th Anniversary Celebration of Woodstock.

1987-1990 Producer and Manager for Country Music Superstar Razzy Bailey, Rare Earth Keyboardist lead vocalist Mark Olsen, author Susie Nelson, (daughter of Willie Nelson)

**Achieved 7 top ten singles in a 4 year period, including 2 number 1’s on the Country Music Charts with Country Music Superstar Razzy Bailey.

1988 – 1989 Manager Producer – Carlos Morales, Lead Guitarist and Julian Lennon band and co writer of Julian’s hit song “Valotte”.

1984-1985 – Relocated to Miami, Florida and set up Publishing company for Studio Center, produced and played sessions. Was later promoted to A & R Director for Mark III productions. Instrumental final mixes and securing a label deal for Recording Artist Jazz Legend Ahmad Jamal’s, Digital album, which was on the jazz charts for 35 weeks on Atlantic.

1983 -1984 – Returned to the USA, Toured with the Four Tops and Temptations on the T “n” T tour, and Motown Twentieth Anniversary special and tour

1981- 1983 toured with Jethro Tull’s Broadsword and Beast Tour, Saga World’s Apart Tour, Roberta Flak and Black Oak Arkansas. Relocated to England after the Broadsword and Beast tour. Worked as a musician, and writer for Kevin Eades of Virgin Records, did some work at Maison Rouge Studios, Squink Studios with The Hank Wangford Band, Cannon Studios.

1977 -1981 Returned to Nashville, became a staff writer at Tompall Glaser’s company, Tompalland music, then worked as a staff writer fro Marijohn Wilkins at Buckhorn. Wrote some for Pete Drake music and played various sessions and roadwork. Formed and played in various bands, including the Raven, King Cotton, Nashville All stars and a host of others

1973 – 1977 I had a calling form Uncle Sam To serve in the Army, which I did, but continued playing music adn touring with American Artists when they would come to Europe.
